3097 year, people and cars live side by side, the world is dystopian, 95% of people live in slums, beyond poverty, but have high technology, robots patrol the streets, and curfews have been introduced.

The consequences of the global war completely changed the world order. The world is divided into sectors controlled by a group of individuals. On the territory of the sixth sector, there is a city in which the elite of the remaining society lives, including the rulers of the new world. The resistance camp has been losing its fighters for years trying to capture this place.

Once every five years, a lottery takes place, the winner receives a residence permit in the city of dreams. For the first time in history, 5 people became winners at once. Unaware of what awaits them in fact, they go to the ceremony of presentation, to the world of dreams and dreams of many living on the other side.

Dear listener of Noir City album, this is the story of people who had the fate not only to get to the city by winning the “Happy Ticket” but also to go through difficult trials, disappointment, loss of loved ones, but as a result of which changed the course of history of all mankind. Welcome to Noir City!
